Registration Guidelines

All participants must Create an Account via the Online Registration Form. Please read the instructions on the website carefully.

Each participant will receive a Registration number by email after the submission of the online registration form. As for payments completed by bank transfer, please proceed with the payment only after receiving your Registration number. Please do not send any payment by bank transfer without the Registration number and participant’s name included in the payment details.

Online registration will be available up until 10 September 2019.

*Please note that in order to apply for a discounted member fee, your membership has to be valid within the meeting dates. In case your membership is currently valid but is to be expired prior to the meeting, it needs to be renewed before the registration process.

**Please note that students´ fees are available for students only. This fee is applicable for BSc, MSc or PhD students. Official proof of student status (in English and valid max. 6 months prior to the registration) must be uploaded during the registration process.

Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline applicable for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received in due time, the latter fee will be automatically applied. 

Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until fully paid.

25 SEPTEMBER

  • Motor learning and gait training
    Speakers: to be announced

    This seminar will start with the theory of motor learning, followed by an overview of how these theoretical principles could be applied to functional gait training in clinical practice. Furthermore, the seminar will focus on the scientific evidence base for gait training; and whether (or how) gait training could be optimized using novel technologies such as robotic devices and real-time biofeedback.
     
  • Clinical reasoning: from gait graphs to treatment decision
    Speakers: to be announced

    This seminar focuses on bridging the gap between the raw outcome of gait analysis (gait graphs, physical exam data, etc.) and treatment decision making.
    How do different clinical centres approach this interpretation process? Can we make this process more standardized and objective? Should we focus on biophysical reasoning or should we learn from the past using statistical algorithms?
    The seminar aims to offer the attendants some practical guidelines on how to approach this topic in their clinical routine; as well as to raise discussion on the best approach.

Confirmation

Each participant will receive the registration overview and email notification confirming the received payment and eventually state the amount outstanding after the completion of the Online Registration Form.

Payment

All fees should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges.

By Bank Transfer

Please make sure that the payment is free of all bank charges and participant’s name and Registration Reference Number are clearly stated in the bank transfer.

The payment by bank transfer is available until 23 August 2019. After this date, all payments can be done only by credit/debit card.

Payments received without such details (name, Registration Reference Number) cannot be identified.

Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card

In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to log into the Online Registration Form and try to process the registration and the payment again. Should the trouble with the payment persist, the participant is advised to contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check if online transactions are not disabled on the credit/debit card. Afterwards, the registration can be processed again.

Final Invoice

The final invoice will be provided to the participants upon request, the document is not sent automatically. Please contact us to ask for your receipt.

The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details). Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registering date and is subject to a 20 EUR fee.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

All cancellations must be notified in written form (by email or by fax) to C-IN and cannot be done online or over the phone

Cancellation of Registration

  • Until 22 July 2019 – 50 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds  
  • From 23 July 2019 until 22 August 2019 – 50 % of the fee will be refunded  
  • From 23 August 2019 no refund can be processed 

Cancellation of Other Bookable Items

  • Until 22 August 2019 – 20 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds  
  • From 23 August 2019 – no refund can be processed  

Insurance

The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

The European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) entered into force as of 25 May 2018 and it involves some additions to data protection.

We take your privacy very seriously and in order to comply with GDPR consent requirements, we need you to confirm that you agree with our new Privacy Policy during the process of creating the account in our system. You can view it here.
